Hey guys, here is a video I did for the EFS Exercise Index. I’m also going to use it in the exercise Index here. Like it says, it is an Overhead Squat performed with the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX is rapidly becoming one of my favorite pieces of equipment in the gym, after the monolift and power racks. Would probably be number 2 if I didnt absolutely HATE walking out squats.
