Holy shit this was a lot of work. Also managed to forget how much pressure the gear adds. thought my head was going to explode, but, fortunately it didnt. Did get some sweet busted blood vessels though.

Now I know why you do so much GPP/conditioning work during the accumulation phase. That shit was HARD. However, I was only a touch sore yesterday, and am fine today. I actually felt good and ready to train today. We will see if it stays this way over the next 3 weeks.
