I play football at West Valley College at wide receiver and im in the weight room Monday through Thursday working out different areas every day. I don't know if you are just drinking it to drink it without doing anything or your actually working out and pumping iron. I had trouble gaining weight so i had to turn to something that promised the things that Monster Milk has promised so i tried it. IT WORKS! bad taste or not, THIS WORKS! not the best choice for girly men i guess but im 10 pounds heavier and its ALL MUSCLE.. Good Luck Finding A Good Tasting drink..
