23OCT09 Squat workout

Lazy day today. I had the kids at the doctors office for almost 3 HOURS today. Doesn’t help that literally half of it is drive time. i still managed to get in a good, though short, training session today. It broke down as follows:

  6. 605×3 PR!

First time using a belt in a while. Felt odd.

Done! Weather was changing and elbow was feeling it. Also realized that I have, for whatever reason, not taken my Curcumin 500 in like 3 days. DUMB. Onward to the weekend!
