Last Accumulation Workout

Last Accumulation workout today. Still kind of pissy about missing last week with this stupid back thing, so as opposed to deloading next week, I will probably act like an idiot and plow through. Here is what happened in my neck of the woods

505×1 This was a pretty easy lift for me. Felt odd, as I haven’t done a squat off of a box, or used a belt, or bands in at least a year. Still went up pretty fast. I rolled a bit on the box, which got my back a touch loose, causing me to come forward a bit as you can see in the video. Shit happens, and I really don’t think that it is a technical issue by any means.
