Hamstrings were still jacked from the Good Mornings on Monday, so I passed on the squatting today. Not necessarily ideal, but it this point it is all technique work anyway.

Foam Roller
Quads, IT Bands, adductors

Stiffleg Deadlift
135×10
225x2x10 Just did these to try to get my hamstrings to loosen up. No dice.

Kroc Rows
50×20 Each Arm
115×20 Each Arm Still dong these left handed first, and I just try to match what I do with my left hand with my right to maintain some semblance of strength balance.

Lat Pulldowns
Moderate 6×10 2-2-2 Dropped the weight down some and really focused on the time under tension. Made a pretty big difference.

1A) Kb Swings-53lb KB
2A)Split Squats 20lb KBs
3A)KB Row 44lb KBs

These were done in a circuit for 10 reps each. 2 times through.

KB Box Squats Close Stance
20lb Kbs 3×12
44lb KBs 3×12 Stance was inside shoulder width.

NECK
30lb 3×20
