hey guys, going to be adding a new feature here at the site that is going to be updated completely at random. Sometimes there will be a lot of updates, other times there will only be a few. Our powerlifting team does some what I would call, fairly novel exercises. They ARE effective, but some of them aren’t very well known. So, without further ado, The Barbell Situp
Exercise in the video is done on a flat bench, but you can do it almost anywhere you can hook your feet under a support. A Decline situp bench would work as well.
