I&#8217;m also going to use it in the exercise Index here. Like it says, it is an Overhead Squat performed with the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX is rapidly becoming one of my favorite pieces of equipment in the gym, after the monolift and power racks. Would probably be number 2 if I didnt absolutely HATE walking out squats. They ARE effective, but some of them aren&#8217;t very well known. So, without further ado, The Barbell Situp</p>
<p>Exercise in the video is done on a flat bench, but you can do it almost anywhere you can hook your feet under a support. A Decline situp bench  would work as well.</p>
