Like I said in my last post, sorry for no updates last week. I really didnt do much of anything but gimp around like a handicapped idiot. Actually, scratch that. I do that anyway. It just looked much worse. Anyway, moving on….

Lacrosse Ball Work
Ive gotten a lot of requests to know and see what I do with thie lacrosse ball, so hopefully I can get a video soon and show you guys.

PVC Roller Work
No more foam roller. Moving up to the big time! HUGE difference between this and the foam roller. Like a lacrosse ball versus a tennis ball.

Lots of static stretching
Hips, hamstrings, glutes, IT Bands, back

Leg Curl
180x5x8

Vogelpohl Rows
Heavy 5×8

DB Shrug
80lbs 100 reps total 4 sets
Just wanted to get to 100 reps

Barbell Situps

Sand Digs
3×10 each hand
These are MUCH harder than the rice digs. Thanks to Dave for the suggestion. My forearms are still smoked.

NECK

Then I had a couple of personal training clients show up. got them set up and trained, then I went home, ate, and pulled the sled around the neighborhood for 20 minutes.
