Lower Body Accumulation Block Training

Good workout today. Felt nice, as for whatever reason, this week has me beaten down and keeps kicking me in the head.

Lacrosse ball work

Foam Roller
Quads, IT Bands, Adductors, glutes

Dynamic Warmup Stuff

gear deficient deadlift
135×5
225×5
315×3
365x5x6 (50%)

All of the following were done for 5 sets of 12

1A)45 degree back raise
bodyweight only
1B) KB side Bend

2A) Face Pulls
Moderate weight
2B)Leg Curls
140lbs

3A) Stiff Arm Pulldowns
60lbs
3B) Rice Digs

Then I did some stretching, trained a client, and went home. Good times!

All of this apparent ‘crap’ work, with the high reps and higher than usual volume has really helped. I actually feel real good with training, and especially with the recovery aspect. i realize that quite a bit of this has to do with the stuff Shelby is prescribing, and the supplements too, but I’m not sore at all. i feel strong, but more importantly, I feel GOOD. hopefully this continues as the training cycle continues.
